Im einem von der DFG geförderten Projekt im Rahmen des Schwerpunktprogramms "lntegrated Terahertz Systems Enabling Novel Functionality (INTEREST)" ist eine Doktorand*innen Stelle zu besetzen. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung einer neuartigen THz-Kamera. Dabei kommt eine neuartige Ausleseelektronik auf Basis von Metall-oxid TFTs zum Einsatz.
We are looking for a PhD student in a project funded within the DFG priority program "Integrated Terahertz Systems Enabling Novel Functionality (INTEREST)". The goal of the project is to develop a novel THz-camera based on metal-oxide TFT readout electronics backplane.
